Hi Community,

I have few questions regarding Service Request in OFSC,

1. What is difference between Service request in engagement cloud and field service cloud.

2. We have requirement that, user need to navigate from Activity details page to associated service request page in engagement cloud, So i have created the 'Plugin' with static Service request landing page URL and associated with 'button' and exposed in layout in OFSC.(working fine)

3. My question is here, Is Service Request(SrNumber) is flowing to OFSC?, if yes, how we can build a dynamic URL by Passing 'SrNumber' as parameter in OFSC.
