HR Help Desk Predict Category
SummaryHow does the Predict Category feature function?
As I was configuring HRHD, I came across these Profile Options:
I set the Enable options to Y; and the Threshold was set to 0.7, but it does not appear to function. When an email is sent, the category field is not set. I have not found any documentation on this feature or what else needs to be configured to make this work.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
