Hi Community,

How we can schedule a multi day activity from engagement cloud to OFSC,

1. I have tried creating a activity type 'Install inventory' with 'manual duration' 1440(24 hours) minutes  and created the work order.

2. The Created WO flows to OFSC and but  showing time duration only 1 hr, but changed back to 24 hr and assigned to engineer for 4 days(7+7+7+3) in a row, but when i cancelled a Activity for first day, the activity status has been updated back to OEC as cancelled irrespective of remaining three days.
