Talent Review Post Responsive UI takes longer to create

search features have been trimmed down and the time to define a talent review has doubledContent
a question to the community on how you are managing participant inclusion on a talent review in that -
prior to switch to responsive ui we could use many filters to 'mass find' folks and to also 'mass assign' folks
post to switch, we can only use a single field and select one at a time which is taking considerable time given we have around 30 folks participate
the search functionality we had still exists in the population selection section, so we can see this can still render / work.
