Is connectivity agent still required if we are implementing FastConnect?

We will be implementing FastConnect between OCI and our on-premise network.
Once FastConnect has been provisioned, do we still need to provision OIC Connectivity Agent for any of the Tech Adapters? (File, FTP, DB, etc)
