ORC - Resume mandatory

Hi, 

I can see that the Resume cannot be set has mandatory on the career site. 

I can see also there is a request in a Idea lab about this subject and the statut is "Planned Idea" (see my screenshot attached). 

Do we know how this setting will be available ?
