Digital Assistant not displaying on all pages
In release 20B of HCM the Digital Assistant is only displayed in pages that are accessed using URLs that contain “hcmUI”.
However, the root Application URL often redirects to the Financials/ERP homepage URL which contains “fscmUI” instead of “hcmUI”
This behaviour has been fixed in a 20C patch and is available through a Cumulative Weekly Bundle. Please request a CWB that includes the bug fix below:

As an alternative, a workaround can be applied to automatically redirect selective “/fscmUI” homepage URLs to the corresponding “/hcmUI” equivalent, where it exists, thus ensuring the Digital Assistant is displayed on all Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service pages.
