How to limit manager access to something while keeping employee access?
Summary
We want to limit a manager's ability to view employment history in the employment info app, while still having them able to view their own employment history.Content
Hi all,
So at our organization, anyone who is a Line Manager is also an Employee. We want to limit a Manager's ability to view the Employment History section of the Employment Info quick action for their direct reports only. I have tried the following:
- Creating two rules in the HCM design studio one for managers and one for employees. The manager one has the visibility of Employment History turned off. Since Managers have that manager role associated with them, they won't be able to view their own Employment History.
