Is there any way to store some master data in OFSC

Hi Team,

Could you please share a better solution for the below requirement.

Activity master system – Oracle Service cloud

User Story

1. Customer will raise a repair request for an air conditioner with basic details (Brand, Type etc.).
2. The technician will update the following Ac details from the customer location in the mobile app
   1. Ac brand
   2. Ac Model
   3. Ac Type
   4. Serial Number
   5. Date of purchase etc

We are keeping these brand and Model master data in Oracle Service Cloud. The updating functionality will be done through a plugin and it should work offline as well. The Ac details will be stored in the inventory object (customer pool).
