Hello Forum,

We are facing an issue while Payment Process is submitting with User created through Template upload. Build program is getting error out with error message - errorBuffer:BUILD PROGRAM ERROR - CANNOT INITIATE PAYMENT APPROVAL.

Whereas while making PPR with User created manually, Build Program completed successfully.

Please help on this, we have uploaded log file of error program.
