Unable to Open Agreement from the 'View Agreemnt' link in approval notification

Summary

Hi Team,

We have submitted an Agreement for Approval. An Approver trying to access the agreement from the Approval notification.

When they clicked on the 'View Agreement' link, its taking them to Application homepage instead of Agreement Page.

Please let us know if this is expected behavior.
