Getting ORA-01035: ORACLE only available to users with RESTRICTED SESSION privilege

Not able to access Free ATP services after upgrade to 19c....

Hi All,

I've been trying to access my free autonomous database after upgrade to 19c, however, "ORA-01035: ORACLE only available to users with RESTRICTED SESSION privilege" error is giving me when trying to connect with a user distinct to ADMIN .

Querying v$instance I see this:

SQL> select logins from v$instance;

LOGINS
----------
RESTRICTED

However, not able to change this connected with ADMIN user , e.g "alter system disable restricted session; " (not enough privileges..)

Does anybody can help?
