Ability to customize list view when looking at submission list

In Legacy Recruiting, when in a list of submissions in a req, you can choose a customized view by clicking on this button

You can then create a personalized list format so you can choose which columns appear and in which order

In Fluid, there doesn’t seem to be the option to create a custom list format.  Is this available in Fluid?
