Unable to locate the Error message occured while posting the Element Entries

Dear Experts,

We are getting the Error while Transferring the Data to HR, and element entries are not posted for couple of employees.

Log file states to view the detail in the Administration Reports -> Posting Error Summary.

The Error Summary displays the message "An error occurred while posting the element entry. Post the element entry manually."

We are unable to understand the actual error/root cause of the issue, Is there any other way to find the Error log with the error message?
