Element Entrys in changes only file from HCM Extract

Hi Team,

I am doing payroll integrations from fusion to EBS. For this one we have seeded extracts(Worker Extract), On that extract I am trying to get the element entry's with changes only data, but I am getting all elements with changed elements also(Correct or update or added new element to one specific employee) .

For element entry's is it possible to achieve the changes only file?
