Our organization would like to include our Arbitration Agreement into the Retail application (hourly and salaried applicants) and I was looking for some advice on the best route to take.
For any retailers out there -
- Would you suggest adding arbitration language to a Privacy Agreement (1st part of application) or on an E-Signature Page (last part of application)?
- Do you have any configuration recommendations on how to separate the arbitration language to be only applicable to Retail candidates without creating a separate Career Section and Application Flow? We do not want this appearing for Corporate or Distribution Center applicants.
