Workforce Compensation Plan | ELEGIBILITY is not working as expected

Hi All,

We have created an Elegibility Profile Group for compensation propose. One of the criteria is a User-Definition Criteria.  Then we select the elegibility Profile to the Compensation Plan and start it. The Compensation Plan is not created as needs, if we remove the Elegibility Profile, the Compensation Plan is created succeeded. The log does not specify any useful info.

Do you whats going on? Is there any way to check the Employee that meets the criteria or not.
