As a seeded Analyst role does not exist, I have created a custom Recruiter Analyst role including all the "View privileges" but not any of the "Update privileges".
When testing the user is able to view all job requisitions and job offers and also to search for all candidates, but the user is not able to view any job application when viewing a job requisition.
This user has the following Data Security policy:
Recruiter can report candidate job application for all job applications for the job requisitions and job offers I can see
