We'd like to be able to calculate the average turnover rate for rolling 12 months by using Period End Headcount for each of last 12 months, taking the average of those and then using Termination Headcount figure to calculate the Turnover.

 

Could anyone advise on how to calculate the average of last 12 months headcount using each Period End Headcount figure rather than the OOB Average Period Headcount field. This one doesn't give us the correct calculation.
