Profile Content Section Access

We have sections that only manager can access when they are reviewing Skills and Qualifications page for their direct reports, however, when they go to their profile, they can see those sections for themselves too. We have properly setup the content section access and only line managers have the access but they can see it when they go to their profile too. I believe they should only be able to see those sections  only for their direct reports not for themselves. Thanks
