Ability to populate user defined Record ID to Custom Object in Import Mgmt

Do we have an ability to specify the custom value in import Mgmt/REST API to populate Record ID of Custom Object, instead of system generated Identifier?

Business Case: When a customer is bringing the data from their existing system to CX Custom Object, they would know their Source System Identifiers and would like to store them in CX as identifiers/Record ID. This becomes helpful; in cases where there is another Custom Object, which contains a dynamic Choice List pointing to the first custom Object. They would like to pass their systems identifiers to link the DCL if they had the ability in first place. As DCL displays Record Name but stores Record ID.
