In procurement cloud, When a supplier user initiate a change on PO and buyer approves, notification should go to supplier user. Notification goes in case buyer rejects, but somehow no notification goes to supplier user in case of buyer approval. We raised an SR and oracle has confirmed that this is intended functionality to not send any notification when buyer approves changes initiated buy supplier  but from our business perspective this is a miss in functionality. We are on 20B release and expects oracle to include this in future releases.
