Inability to display VBCS Application as Mashup content

Hi Team,

I have been trying to display a Staged VBCS Application as Mashup content in Contact but im encountering an error similar to how it is shown in the screensnip im providing here (the left is the error window, and the right is me being able to access the staged VBCS application opened from its URL).

1. I have staged the application.

2. Im able to access the VBCS application using the URL obtained after staging without having to stay logged in the VBCS instance.

So why am in encountering this issue?
