Redrafting an offer after creation of pending worker

Hi Team,

I am seeking help here to understand which action should I choose in case I am redrafting an offer for a candidate who is moved to HR. The list of action shows a lot of values and I am not sure which one would choose best in case we are changing the grade/position/salary for these cases. See attached screenshot for all the options it shows me.

Also once the candidate accepts the offer again - how should we handle the manual processing of pending worker record? How others are handling these cases.
