End Date Area of Responsibility

While Trying to end date AOR through HDL gives the Error "The department doesn't exist."

While trying to End Date AOR  through HDL gives the Error "The department doesn't exist."

The Department is already  end dated  .

The EndDate Attribute  in the HDL  is passed with  the same date  of the  Department end date.

We are able to enddate the AOR manually with the same Department end date

The HDL Template used is :

METADATA|AreasOfResponsibility|ResponsibilityName|ResponsibilityType|StartDate|EndDate|Status|AssignmentNumber|PersonNumber|BusinessUnitShortCode|LegalEmployerName|OrganizationName

 

Can anybody Please  Help or suggest on this .
