Summary

Only Sales Manager can view the Opty Rev but not VP and Salesperson.

In our setup, we have two Organizations setup:

  • VP [Org A]
  • Sales Manager [Org B]
  • Sales Person [Org B]

[Org A] is parent of [Org B]

Sales Person report to Sales Manager and Sales Manager report to VP.

Action:

I created a report under CRM Pipline subject area, the report contains 2 data fields:  Opportunity Name and Opportunity Revenue.

Result:

Only Sales Manager can view the Opportunity Revenue but not the other 2 users.  The other 2 users show ZERO for Oppty Rev.  However, all users can show the Opty Rev under OSC Opportunity Page.
