Employee Self Service Transaction report

Hi, I`m trying to find the subject area for self service transactions - we need to ensure that for a period of time some employees aren`t putting through self service transactions.  Example, personal information such as phone numbers, address. We would also like to then monitor how manay people are using the self service modules. Thank you
