Two payments for final/termination checks
Summary
When an employee terminates, we often are required to produce two payments - one for each pending pay period.Content
We pay employees bi-weekly. The pay period ends on Saturday and pay day is the following Friday. When an employee terminates during pay week, we must process two payments, one for the pending pay period ending the previous Saturday and one for the current work week. Is there a way around this so we can provide one final payment to the employee?
