Advice on Legal Employers Sharing Payrolls

Summary

Any implication of many different legal employers sharing same payroll?

Content

Hi

We are looking to create many different legal entities/legal employers (Due to UK Education Academies), however we are looking into the option of them sharing payroll in order to make payroll processing easier and  will mean one submission required. In UK legislation, payroll definition does not restrict payroll to any particular LE or LDG so presumably any and many Legal Employers can use the  payroll. Any thoughts on this? Or is it advised to create individual payroll for each Legal employer?
