Need to get the offer letters template selected automatically without recruiter intervention

Content

Requirement / use case:

1) Recruiters/hiring manages should not have access to “offer letter” section in the job offer process.

2) Offer letters template selection should be contextualized based on Legal entity / other compensation offered without recruiter intervention.

3) Auto selection of Additional documents like code of ethics / policies / instructions etc 

4) Only preview of offer letter before extending the offer.
