Out of the Box Deduction Report Issue

Out of the Box Deduction Report does not run even for a single element name.Content
Hi,
I was able to run our out of the box Deduction Report as of 6/1/2020 and it still ran for all deduction elements at that time while we were still on 20A. Over the weekend, we put 20B in place in our production environment and now the report will not run in production even for a single element selection. Is anyone else having an issue like this since 20B where out of the box report now do not run?
