Barcode scan feature in OFSC Field Service APP (for Android)

Ability to set the default LIGHT setting (on/off) when scanning barcodes

Mobile users (with Android Samsung S9 devices) complain about battery usage affected by (??) the device's light being ON by default and also at the MAX brightness (regardless of setting the flashlight setting at the lowest setting).

Each time they want to scan they have to press another button to turn off the light (to save battery).

Can a default setting be added in the APP to allow the user to make the default ON or OFF?
