While processing New Hire Life event for an employee, getting below error:

"The identifier 300000012482866 for the payroll relationship, employment terms, or assignment passed to the entry level ID parameter is invalid. (PAY-1635919)
The employment level ID included with the entry for the WC HealthPartners MED Plan ER V1 element must be a valid ID number for the employment level indicated. The employment level must also match the employment level at which entries can be created for this element. For example, you can't use an assignment ID to create a terms level entry, and the assignment ID submitted must be valid."
