Critical position profile comparison with successors profile.
We are looking for a solution where the profile details in the position could be compared with the successor's profile to check the readiness of the successor, the points which we are looking to compare are specific, namely,
- years of experience, qualification, performance rating, readiness
I am trying to use the compare feature by providing the information in the position profile and the employee's profile but I am not able to see the details when I am comparing it.
Below are my points, which aren't clear.
- How can we put the required performance rating in the position profile and compare it with the person profile?
