Which Messages can be Customized or Translated in HCM Digital Assistant?

The HCM Digital Assistant Skill has been developed so that the text of all messages that are sent to the user can be modified or completely replaced with your own choice of text.  Additionally, translations can be provided for all of the strings in additional languages of your choice.

Messages are stored in one of two places:

  • The Skill’s Resource Bundle visible within Oracle Digital Assistant
  • A Message Bundle within the Package File of the Custom Component delivered with the HCM Skill

However, it should be noted that not all of the strings in the Resource Bundle and Message Bundle are currently used by the Skill, so you needn't customize or translate them all.
