Candidate Error When Completing Disability Form

Occasionally our candidates encounter an error when completing the OFCCP disability form. After clearing their browsing history and cache and changing to a new browser, the error continues. The only option that we have it to then match the candidate's profile to the requisition they are attempting to apply to. This issue has only happened in the career section with the pre-offer disability form and not in onboarding with the post-offer disability form.
If anyone has any ideas to correct this for the applicant or a system setting to prevent this from happening, it would be appreciated.
