I am unable to translate job requisition template in other languages, I get option for translation in other languages but seems translator does not work?

Has anybody experienced that translator is working when we translate job requisition? 

I have tried changing the language from the preview section and it only changes languages in the Header part , but the job description remain in the source language.

I have attached screen page.
