How to change message on MSS goal approval Page to "Your approval is required.See details."

Summary

After moving goals from classic UI to Responsive UI goal approval page on MSS is showing message as "Approvals are in progress. Info is locked." I want to replace this message.

After moving goals from classic UI to Responsive UI goal approval page on MSS is showing message as "Approvals are in progress. Info is locked." I want to replace this message to "Your approval is required.See details.".

Please suggest if any one did the same changes previously.

Any inputs will be much appreciated.
