Hello Experts,

Just wanted to check how other customers are setting up approval for internal candidates move transactions.

The business requirement is to have an approval matrix setup for all Promotions, Transfers, Global Transfer etc.

These transactions can be keyed-in by HRs either directly though Employment page or the transaction can come from ORC as part of Internal recruitment process.

Now the question is for example a Promotion action, will the approval be setup at ‘Approve Job Offer’ or ‘Promote’ process ?

Ideally the approval should be done before the Offer is extended to the candidate, hence on ‘Approve Job Offer’ process. But for cases where the transactions are entered on Employment Page, the approval needs to be on “Promote” process too.
