Existing requisition use action

Hi all, 

Hoping someone can help. When choosing the use action of 'existing requisition', does it show all active requisitions in the system irrespective of data security or only the ones the hiring manager or recruiter may have access to based on their security? 

Security is currently view all in my system for demo purposes
