Wanted to have an "Edit Requisition" option in approval notification when the PR is created with "Emergency Purchase Order Required" Flag enabled

Currently as per the functionality, we do not have an option of "Edit Requisition" in the approval notification when the PR is created with "Emergency Purchase Order" flag enabled.

Is there a way we can have the option of "Edit Requisition" option in the approval notification when the PR is based Emergency Purchase order flag enabled.
