Adding multiple language support to the HCM Digital Assistant Skill

In version 20.05 of Oracle Digital Assistant, and version 20.04.08 of the HCM Skill it is possible to use a translation service to translate user messages to English to have them correctly processed by the HCM Skill. Resource bundles can then be used to translate the responses sent back from the HCM Skill so that the user gets a response in the same language in which they asked their question.
