Will the ACA reporting work at all if you data from mid-year conversion on?



I have a few questions around ACA reporting from Cloud when you have mid-year go live with conversion running 6/1:

The white paper - ACA Implementation and Use updated in April 2020 - states - white paper attached below:

TARGET AUDIENCE This document is intended for use by the customers who:
1. Are live on Oracle Fusion Human Resources as of January 1
Or if having gone live during the year, have loaded the date-effective HR information from January 1 to the go-live date
2. Have configured all benefit eligibility and enrollment as of January 1
