Combining requisitions from different BUs onto single PO

Hi all,

Our use case is that we want to purchase software license companywide, across multiple countries and raise one single PO to vendor. For the simplicity of discussion, let's assume we have one BU per country. The requests are raised by requesters or preparers from each BU and ultimately we would want the buyer to consolidate requisitions into a single PO to the vendor.

I know we cannot combine requisitions from different BUs into a single PO in the traditional model, but I have read through some snippets of Global Procurement, it seems that we could use SFO orchestration to "trick" the system into engineering such transaction, where demands are coming from multiple warehouses and the sold to LE could be different than what's on the req.
