20B - Fluid Recruiting - Attachment links in PDF are not working

Attachment links are not accessible when sharing candidates profile or submission.

When sharing candidates in Fluid recruiting Taleo generates a hyperlink for the candidate attachments in the PDF that is normally used by the External Participants / Recruiting users to download the Resume and other candidate attachments. But in 20B the link just displays as text and our users are unable to download the attachments.

I'm aware the content of the resume/attachments is being displayed in the PDF itself but when we are trying to share multiple candidates the formatting of the attachments is misaligned and some of the information is not displayed. Hence this feature is widely used by our Taleo Users.
