Benefit in a multiple assignment scenario
I have an issue I'm investigating for a new project I have with multiple assignment Core HR
The scenario is:
- For each grade and job combination (or other parameters that might affect the benefits) the University has a set of benefits that need to be maintained for an employee, as elements.
- Each time an employee changes one of the parameters that might affect the benefits, the benefits need to be updated accordingly (added or delimited)
- Example: My grade = junior professor, I'm not entitled to any benefits, when I get promoted to senior professor grade I'm entitled to overtime and car expenses and should get them automatically.
