We have a Businnes Requirement for developing a Checkin Report which should bring Overall Performance Summary (Which is tied to Manager Questionnaire) and Performance Goals/Objectives information and its related feedback (HCM Person Notes) of invidual goal for which the manager enters the feedback.
Till now i am able to see the manger responces for an emp and checkin setup in the following tables:
