401 error while trying to Sync users/roles by Modifying the FA in IDCS

Hi Everyone,

Recently we got the hybrid 2.0 IDCS/VBCS stripe and we are trying to set up IDCS as the primary IDP. We went through the mandatory steps given on this doc. One of the steps in the doc says to Enable User Synchronization. But when we try to do that we always get " HTTP 401 Error : You're not authorized to execute the service   " .

The user trying to run import process in IDCS has an Admin permission in IDCS and below privileges in FA

1. Customer Self-Service
2. Application Diagnostics Administrator
3. Application Implementation Consultant
4. Contingent Worker
5. Customer Relationship Management Application Administrator
6. Customer Self-Service Account Administrator
