Phone Type vs. Phone Line Type
SummaryCan we have a single consolidated type?
In Account & Contact Simplified UI, the type in All phones comes from lookup 'ORA_HZ_PHONE_TYPE'. The same is used in Contact & Account REST API.
In Person & Organization Desktop UI, the type in Phone region comes from lookup 'PHONE_LINE_TYPE'. The same is used in PERSON and ORGANIZATION WSDL.
This is confusing and hard to maintain if we use both UI and both REST & SOAP APIs.
Do we have plan to have a consolidated type for Phones for all UIs and all APIs?
