Hi guys ,

We have created a Custom Orchestration process based on the requirement where an Install base asset has to be created from a Sales Order 

This is based on a simple Asset Tracking attribute if its C or Y ( Customer or Full Life cycle) , However when we try and create an Order , the standard Orchestration process is only being picked whereas custom process is supposed to be picked 

we have referred to various metalink notes without any luck , appreciate any quick pointers
